eating disorder dietitian

Individual Nutrition Therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals on their path to healing from eating disorders and disordered eating through compassionate, identity-affirming care. This encompasses intuitive eating counseling and weight-inclusive nutrition counseling, tailored to meet each client's unique needs and journey towards healing.

Body Image Healing

Body image healing is a challenging, yet rewarding journey that involves cultivating a more accepting and respectful relationship with the body. This often involves honoring the grief that may come up around what you wish your body looked like, or grieving what it used to be able to do that it can no longer do now.

clinical supervision

Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision provides a structured and collaborative process offering guidance, support, and feedback in a professional setting. It is a safe space for asking questions, receiving guidance, and ensuring confidentiality in a HIPAA-compliant, judgment-free environment. It is an opportunity for self-reflection, and personal and professional growth to become a stronger clinician and advocate for our clients.

You have come to the right place if…

  1. You are in recovery from an eating disorder.

  2. You want to break out of the cycle of chronic dieting or have experienced generational dieting trauma.

  3. You want a more accepting relationship with your body's natural size and shape.

  4. You are struggling to navigate food challenges related to your mental health, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, OCD or PTSD.

  5. You are neurodivergent and looking for neuro-affirming care related to nutrition and feeding concerns that you may be struggling with.

  6. You are part of the LGBTQ+ community and looking for affirming care to navigate food and body image concerns.

  7. You are a parent wanting guidance on how to raise an intuitive eater, while accepting your child's natural body size and being mindful of your own weight and food biases.

  8. You are a fellow clinician in the community looking for professional supervision to build your confidence as a HAES©, weight-neutral clinician and the ability to ask questions and get guidance in judgement free, supportive space.
